- Pattern Engine sync — derived score sync to Supabase (AWS ap-southeast-2)
- Conversational interface — AI provider API availability
- Authentication — Supabase Auth (sign-in, magic link)
If the conversational interface is unavailable
Observation and pattern detection continue locally during an outage — no workflow signal data is lost. The conversational interface requires an active connection to the AI provider API. If it is unresponsive, check status.vanticlab.com before raising a support ticket.Incidents and history
