# Status & incidents

> Current operational status of Vantic IQ services.

Vantic IQ does not currently run an automated public status dashboard. For current status or incident updates, email [s.attwood@vanticlab.com](mailto:s.attwood@vanticlab.com).

## Service status

* **Signal detection pipeline** — on-device workflow signal capture
* **Pattern Engine sync** — derived score sync to Supabase (AWS ap-southeast-2)
* **Conversational interface** — AI provider API availability
* **Authentication** — Supabase Auth (sign-in, magic link)

## If the conversational interface is unavailable

Signal detection and pattern detection continue locally during an outage — no workflow signal data is lost. The conversational interface requires an active connection to the AI provider API. If it is unresponsive, check your connection first, then contact support.

If an incident is identified, we can confirm current status, impact, and next steps by email.
