## What to include

To get a useful first reply, include:

* What you were doing when the issue occurred
* What you expected to happen
* What actually happened
* Your macOS version (Apple menu → About This Mac)
* Whether the issue is ongoing or intermittent

## Response time

We aim to respond within one business day (AEST).
