## What the Diagnostic is

The Diagnostic is a {diagnosticWindowLabel} workflow signal window that produces a complete Friction Score, a dimension-level breakdown, and a plain-language report of the workflow patterns driving your score.

It is not a trial. A trial implies limited access to something you have not yet paid for. The Diagnostic is a **paid deliverable** with a defined scope that answers one question:

## What you receive

Your Operating Assessment becomes available at **{diagnosticExportDayLabel} of active signal detection**. The full report contains:

1. **ROI hero** — Estimated recoverable time cost in AUD, leading the report. Always shown with the full assumption line.
2. **KPI row** — Overall Friction Score, peak friction window, pattern count, detection days.
3. **Temporal heatmap** — Friction concentration by day and hour (Mon–Sun, 8am–4pm).
4. **Top 3 patterns** — Ranked by score, plain-language descriptions, band labels.
5. **Weekly trend** — Four-week Friction Score trajectory.
6. **ROI calculation box** — Arithmetic: recoverable hours × hourly rate = monthly cost, vs Starter subscription.
7. **Footer** — VanticLab branding, legal entity, contact.

## Conversion credit

If you continue to a Starter or Growth subscription within 7 days of completing your Diagnostic, the Diagnostic fee is applied to your first invoice.

This is not a discount. It is an acknowledgement that the Diagnostic is paid proof — and that the decision to subscribe should follow from what it found, not precede it.

## Why Vantic starts here
